Really good Stay at a Fantastic Location

The room was very clean. It had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The gym is spacious and well equipped (i made good use of the treadmill). Hotel is in a lively location with easy walking access to nearby areas.
The maid service was a little slow some days. I had to ask for fresh towels once.

The location was very convenient, and I appreciated the proximity to local attractions. I could easily walk to many destinations. The staff also provided excellent service at the Vanilla Lounge. They remembered my orders and offered prompt assistance.
The music by the pool was quite loud, made relaxation difficult.

the staff was very friendly and always ready to help me with my queries. the numerous bars and restaurants had great service. the hotel has a location near the beach and various other hotels and shops. i appreciated the housekeeping, especially badal, who cleaned my room with perfection and laid out my important items with care.

The breakfast was lovely, and they provided fresh options (i particularly enjoyed the variety of pastries). the restaurants offered themed evenings with diverse choices. I found the service in each to be attentive. i will remember that each place was clean.

The grand lounge staff were attentive. Matti, Melanie, Hossam, Ahmed, Carol, and Larry provided genuine and professional service. Hamid and Tarsem took excellent care of guests at the beach and pool (gold cars offered transport). The beach features a nice ocean view.

The reception staff provided helpful assistance and quick information upon arrival. Housekeeping was really good. Md rayhan ensured rooms were super clean during the entire stay. The team always were very good, attending to every need.

The pool area includes a comfortable jacuzzi, and there is a kids pool. Waterslides and a separate kid zone with slides offer entertainment for children. The hotel's central location provides walking distance access to the Marina and Ain.

My room was lovely and located on the 20th floor, overlooking the harbor (the views were great). It was super clean with staff readily available to help with towels or anything needed. The hotel includes shoe shines and sewing kits in the room.

The main breakfast offers many choices with pastries, fruit, and local cuisine. The chef at the egg station was attentive, cooking poached eggs perfectly (really appreciate it!). Family guests were granted free pool access with credit for drinks and food.
