I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, with luxe bathrooms and everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, making my nights so relaxing. The service was exceptional, especially Singh who was professional and paid attention to every detail. The staff, from room service to housekeeping, were all friendly and professional throughout my stay. The location was perfect for enjoying the Jumeirah beach and exploring nearby restaurants. The dining options were delicious, especially at Lucianos Italian, Bamboo Kitchen Thai, and Al Basha Lebanese. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I could ask for.

The hotel has a fabulous view and great service from all staff, with good food despite a busy breakfast time. The bars and grounds are lovely, and it's a place worth revisiting; just make sure not to miss the 10:30 check-out time!

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though a bit dated, were clean, but not very soundproof. As opposed to the lift where there was constant noise, including the loud rock concert noise from the beach. The staff and facilities somewhat made up for the room issues, and I had stayed here 3 years ago.

The hotel has a sea view which is a bonus, and despite the rooms being a little dated, the staff and facilities make up for it. However, there were cleanliness issues with a noticeable smell in the room area that caused allergic reactions to my son, which was concerning.
