old furniture missing towel

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options it was great

the furniture in my room was old the housekeeping often forgot towels i had to ask for them the kettle did not fit the plugs that was frustrating

rania from reception provided really good assistance and hospitality. halim and the housekeeping team did great work, always keeping everything super clean. karim, ramy, and adnan offered fast check-in and secured a very nice room for me.

the room had a slight noise issue from nearby bars during the early morning hours. this was a minor inconvenience, though.

the front office staff provided helpful and friendly support throughout my stay. nesrine and alaa offered assistance with a smile and were very responsive to my needs. adnan ensured my luggage was well taken care of.

convenient location variety options helpful staff stale smell leaking shower broken faucet

the location was convenient with the mall nearby. breakfast had a good variety of options. staff members like karim, adnan, and jeffery were cute. the restaurant manager, mr mumtaiz, was helpful.

i found a stale smell in the room i was initially given. the shower door leaked water all over the floor. the faucet in the sink was broken and required repair.

i found my room very big, something i value a lot. also, the location made moving around easy because it was near a station. the team provided fast assistance always. i thank rania for her great hospitality as well.

i noticed just a few spots needed a touch more attention when it comes to cleaning.
