Grand Central Hotel, Dubai

The hotel is conveniently located near a vibrant part of the city and close to essential amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, but there were some issues with room maintenance and cleanliness that affected the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room amenities were great, but the room quality itself was disappointing compared to other aspects of the facility. The location is convenient, near to the airport and the metro station, but the area of Al-Rigga may not be appealing to everyone. The dining experience offers good food for the price paid, but there are issues with cleanliness and buffet availability.

I stayed at the hotel twice for our comfort, and although the rooms were a bit dingy with a lingering cigarette smell, the non-smoking room was provided upon request, albeit with an ashtray.
