the staff at reception were helpful. nandar and rania were cute. mujtaba provided useful travel information. the location is near union metro station, about a 5-minute walk.
The tv screen was dark. It was difficult to see properly.

The room overlooked a noisy area, so sleep was difficult. Those night markets can be quite loud. also, the bathroom wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. There was some visible grime. it wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't sparkling. i also think the breakfast could use some work. Not a lot of fresh fruit was available.

I appreciated the fast check-in and check-out process. Thaini and tanu from the front office were really great. the housekeeping cleanliness was also spot on, i must say! i thought everything was perfect.

The staff was very nice, and they quickly helped with requests I had. The reception team was friendly to me. Miss Blashca Nanday helped us with the baby. Bellboy Hasnain was very helpful, and he showed kindness.
I did find the wifi a bit slow some days.

The hotel location is very wonderful, because it sits near a metro station. I noticed this metro station sits on a quieter street. I heard very little noise inside the building too.

The gym was convenient. it has treadmills and stationary bikes. the staff was also helpful. The receptionist upgraded my room because i had an event that day.
The furniture felt old. the quality of the tv was also not great. It seemed small. i could not watch much because the reception was bad.
