The breakfast buffet had a large selection. The fresh fruit was my favourite. Staff is friendly and helpful. They surprised me with a treat for my birthday. The birthday dinner was well prepared and tasty at one of the restaurants. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I found the modern facilities well maintained.
The parking area is unshaded. I had to cross a street to reach my car. There is no underground parking available. When checking out I called for help with luggage, but no one came. I had to carry all my luggage to my car myself.

the hotel fulfilled all my requests. i received late check-out because of my flight schedule. the breakfast WAS really delicious, i enjoyed the selection.
i requested additional water for my baby's milk. the hotel REFUSED to provide it, this was very disappointing. dining was quite costly. it cost me 13 omn for a sandwich and a cake.

the breakfast included many choices. the size of my room was nice , and it featured a balcony. the lobby was large. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the water pressure in the shower was weak , and the water temperature kept changing. the parking area lacked shade , and i had to cross a street to reach it. i waited a long time for luggage assistance at checkout , but no one arrived.

The room was quite cold when i first entered. The air conditioning seemed stuck on! it took a while to figure out how to adjust it. also, the pool area felt a bit gloomy since it's on the lower level and doesn't get much direct sunlight. I wished for a brighter spot to relax, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
