anas at the reception was helpful and friendly, he made check-in very easy. he got me access to my room quickly after my long journey. the pool area was clean. the view from my room was fine.

The shower temperature varied constantly. it changed from hot to cold unexpectedly. I almost burned myself.

broken air conditioning slow service

the hotel staff were helpful and friendly at checkin and checkout, i must say.

the air conditioning system are not properly working in my room. i set the temperature to 19, however, it remain at 21 degrees. room service did not answer my calls, it takes a long time to deliver my order if they do.

really good service relaxing environment helpful attention

the hotel offer really good service and provide a relaxing environment. anas at front desk was very helpful with a smile. i'll come back. the staff attention was very helpful and. the room was clean and beautifully decorated.

i did not like some loud music which played till 6am in morning. it was hard to sleep. relaxation was difficult.
