clean rooms respectful staff good breakfast rude girl slow check-in noisy room
the hotel boasts very clean rooms. the staff was courteous and helpful. i loved the breakfast, it had loads of options.
the girl who checked us in was rude and very slow. so many people were waiting! check in was taking long. our room was in front of the lifts so it was so noisy.

dated rooms limited channels
the ground floor looks nice but the rooms felt a bit old? lots of wasted space. the english tv channels were limited. i ordered room service and it took ages. the food was not good when it arrived. i was told 20-25 minutes it took over 50

rooftop pool airport shuttle easy taxi
i found the rooftop pool very relaxing. it featured a glass bottom (i saw it!). the free shuttle to the airport was convenient. the hotel location made getting a taxi very easy.
the lifts could be temperamental. sometimes, the room cards did not work (it was annoying).

unreliable lifts absent communication
the location was convenient to the airport.
the lifts were unreliable. my room card repeatedly failed. communication from staff was absent during a 3 a.m. fire alarm.
