the ground floor looks nice but the rooms felt a bit old? lots of wasted space. the english tv channels were limited. i ordered room service and it took ages. the food was not good when it arrived. i was told 20-25 minutes it took over 50

i found the rooftop pool very relaxing. it featured a glass bottom (i saw it!). the free shuttle to the airport was convenient. the hotel location made getting a taxi very easy.
sometimes, the room cards did not work (it was annoying).
