excellent stay!
friendly staff hardworking staff amazing restaurant
i found the staff very friendly and hardworking. they always smiled and ensured our holiday was a priority. the entertainment team was amazing, geegee, cedric, bucky, ozge, mary, and charlie were excellent. the restaurant and bar staff are headed by memhet and ali, providing service with a smile.
the air conditioner had an extra charge. the unit included stopped working at 3am. i had to call front desk to turn it back on. no shampoo, conditioner or wash was in the rooms.

the reception staff was friendly on arrival and quick to carry bags to the room. i noticed the restaurant and bar staff offered excellent service with smiles. the entertainment team provided really good service.

the food was hot and delicious. i thought it better than any local restaurant. the drinks were top quality. the restaurant and bar staff were always smiling. they ensured i had an enjoyable experience.

the hotel offered something to do every day. a heated pool operated during winter. the slide was open twice daily. a lifeguard was on site. the convenience shop remained open until approximately 4am in high season.
