The staff was always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. the multiple restaurants offered varied cuisines, a plus. i also appreciated the quick response of the shuttle carts. They transported me to my room or the beach, a very useful service.

The breakfast provided a very fresh and varied selection that could suit many tastes and dietary needs. the pools are amazing with sea views and clear water. they are perfect for lounging. the cleaning staff were really good. They maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
it was difficult to get a sun bed after 7:30 am. many were reserved early and the hotel did not enforce its policy on this. water and coffee were not replaced in the room free of charge. i found it odd to be asked for a tip at the end of the stay when the service levels felt below standard.

heated poollarge jacuzzikind staff
the room had a lovely terrace, i spent ages there. the spa, while a little small, had a very good heated pool, a large jacuzzi and sauna and hamam. the staff, especially at reception, were really kind! the views from the pool were fine, i loved that feature.
i found the taxi into lindos town had an extra charge of 4 euros added by the hotel. it was a small thing, but a bit annoying.

our beautiful double room with sea view offered a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious balcony. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. we found fresh towels delivered daily and the minibar was restocked regularly.

the breakfast buffet included many fresh options like fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the main restaurant featured theme nights, i saw a greek night with local specialties. i also tried the a la carte restaurantwith an elegant setting.

The hotel is situated on a hillside. it provides panoramic views of the coastline. I enjoyed these views so much. there is a regular shuttle service to lindos town, this made exploring very easy.

Acceptable stay. Room for improvement

toilet doorlight room
The room we stayed in had issues. The door to the bath and toilet does not fully close. I could hear EVERYTHING! the room cannot be fully darkened. This means that once the sun rises, the room is very bright. IT was hard to sleep well.
