Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and freshness. The furniture and bed coverings appeared worn out, and walking on the floor without shoes resulted in dirty feet. On the bright side, the room was prepared with fresh slippers and replaced coffee cups. Unfortunately, being in a smoking room with a terrible smell was a downside. The bathroom, however, was exceptionally beautiful and the breakfast buffet, including a chef-cooked special, was a delightful surprise. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay, which made it stand out despite the basement swimming pool.
I was thrilled with the view of the National Opera House and the beautiful floral gardens from my enormous room, complete with fabulous bathrooms and all the facilities I could want. The service was exceptionally helpful, even providing a plug-in heater when needed. The hotel's perfect location allowed for easy access to the Opera and the vibrant Old Town, with fantastic dining options nearby. While the dining experience was adequate, the value for money was apparent in the top-notch facilities.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons, with very shabby rooms but a comfortable bed making the extra cost worthwhile. The rooms didn't feel clean or fresh, with old furniture and blankets, though the bed was really comfy. On the bright side, they went the extra mile by providing entertainment for my son with a fish tank and sweet treats for my kid. The room itself was amazing with a walk-in wardrobe and an unbelievably large bathtub that made it a truly beautiful stay. The inclusive breakfast was impressive, featuring a buffet and the option for a custom-cooked meal by a chef, adding great value to the overall experience. However, the hotel's swimming pool in the basement didn't match up to our high expectations.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were supposed to be an upgrade and they did not disappoint. They were large, clean, and well-furnished, with a spacious bathroom that even included a fish tank to entertain my son. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the National Opera Theatre and the charming Old Town, making it a dream to explore. The dining experience was satisfactory but could have been better. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
