beautiful design cozy bed tranquil escape
i found the rooms to have beautiful design and immense comfort. the beds were cozy. the spa area provided a serene experience. attention to detail throughout my stay was clearly evident.
i encountered a delay during check-in. i was offered prosecco , but consuming it while standing felt awkward. a more personalized greeting would better suit a hotel of this caliber.

the staff was REALLY helpful and very friendly.
i wanted to book THE room for one more day, thinking it would be straightforward i went to the reception. i was told to book the room through internet. to keep the same room i had to pay extra. After a 10 days stay, no offer came up, as a good will gesture.

helpful attitude spacious room excellent linen
the staff displayed a helpful attitude . the room was very spacious and beautiful. the large bed was comfortable and had excellent quality bed linen. the location made most attractions easily accessible.

the bathroom included both a shower and a bath. the room had buttons for light modes plus options for 'do not disturb' and 'make up my room'. this offered a modern touch in the grand art deco setting.

evening service was a nice touch and helped prepare the room for the night. housekeeping staff tidied and replaced used towels around 6-7pm. water was replenished, and a quote was left on the bedside table.
