balcony dooroutdated rooms
I was quite annoyed that the balcony door didn't close properly. Cold air seeped in. there was no teapot in the room and i had to request one. For the price, this felt ridiculous. additionally, i found the spa situation disappointing. It just wasn't up to par with my expectations. i think the rooms need some serious updating.

i enjoyed the wonderful spa experience. the atmosphere was relaxing and the interior was beautiful. the staff were professional and ensured my comfort. the spa area included a variety of saunas, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi.
I noticed low water pressure in the toilet. It slightly affected the overall experience.
