a haven of care
warm welcome attentive staff good surprise complimentary service
i was greeted with a warm welcome at every turn i found the staff attentive i felt cared for the room upgrade was a good surprise the extra space. the laundry service, offered complimentary, proved useful given the heat and humidity i managed to keep my clothing fresh and clean throughout my visit. stafine and bam provided very nice assistance with a smile
the air conditioning seemed a little inconsistent at times it would switch between cold and warm despite my adjustments it never quite reached the ideal temperature i desired i contacted maintenance, but the issue persisted slightly throughout my stay.

breakfast featured a wide variety of choices the ground floor buffet had many food options the delicious food catered to diverse tastes and preferences ensuring a good start to each day the drinks were plentiful and refreshing

the spa and gym were both excellent they offered a variety of options for relaxation and exercise the facilities are well maintained and equipped the location makes exploring nearby malls convenient with sheltered access and skywalk connections

the suite was super clean it was well organized providing ample space and comfort the suite had a view overlooking the main street this offered a fine view of the city and the central world mall the golf course was visible too

the hotel is right next to erawan shrine this is perfect for experiencing local culture central world is within walking distance providing shopping convenience big c is easily accessible ensuring easy access to groceries and essentials

the club manager elle was very helpful elle ensured the anniversary stay went particularly well the grand club team was friendly they answered questions quickly the team added thoughtful touches such as cake and handwritten cards

superb stay
central location wonderful selection steam room
the location is central to everything i wanted to see. breakfast had a wonderful selection that suited all tastes. the garden villa impressed my family and me very much with all its amenities like a steam room and massage room.

lounge team evening service small room old decor
the lounge on the 17th floor gave us such care. my family surprised me there and the team welcomed us. the evening service was good and the bar was amazing.
the room i got felt small, really. decor seemed old. i thought i get wrong room, i did book the bigger one.
