really good service and prime location
friendly staff clean room
the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel features a rooftop with a nice view. the bed in my room was comfortable and large. the room was very clean upon arrival. i was greeted with tea at check-in, which i appreciated. i was able to check in early, after 12 pm. the buffet breakfast offered many choices, including both continental and vietnamese options.
the corridors leading to my room were not air-conditioned. they had a strong musty smell too. these corridors were also narrow, i found it slightly unnerving.

The breakfast had a good spread with options for everyone. It included a variety of pastries, fresh fruits, and hot dishes. the dining area was well kept and clean and staff ensured quick refills and prompt service.

the staff were attentive and responsive to every request. they arranged airport transfers and provided helpful local tips. their hospitality added to a nice experience.

smooth service airport transportation attentive staff
lily arranged smooth, fast-track airport service and transportation. she recommended local experiences like the weekend night market. eric and emma from the restaurant were always attentive and greeted us with smiles. kelly, mango, and violet at the spa provided excellent massages, our comfort.
bath toiletries had a strong chemical scent. body lotion was not provided. bedroom slippers were chunky rubber flip flops that looked used.

the breakfast included diverse options with fresh ingredients. the coffee machine made great cappuccinos. staff provided prompt, courteous service , with various local and international dishes.
