excellent service and a great location!!!
perfect location excellent service helpful staff
i was very happy with my stay. it is great location between dang wangi and masjid jamek lrt stations. there were also many nasi kandar places nearby. i commend the hotel for its excellent service, its staff members went out of their way to. they even helped me retrieve a lost item after i left.
the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found hair and some stains on the bathroom shelf. there were red stains on the bed sheet and some other stains on the curtain. the towels were smelly too.

the studio suite included a king-size bed and a small seating area with a sofa and coffee table. there was also a work desk with ample lighting and convenient power outlets. a mini-fridge and coffee maker were available.

I found the staff quite helpful. They promptly arranged transport to the airport. The room offered a decent view overlooking a nearby forest area, I appreciated that. The location is convenient, so I could explore easily.
The breakfast area was notably crowded. I had to navigate through many guests, and the food cooled down quickly, which affected the meal's quality.

The staff was friendly. rooms are spacious. I really loved the extra supply of drinking water in the room. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. i especially appreciated the longer breakfast times. Made mornings easier!
the gym was small. it only included basic equipment, which wasn't great for a decent workout.

the location provides easy access to the metro and central markets. breakfast included a good variety of options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
