Excellent Location and Service
excellent location helpful staff comfortable mattress added convenience
The hotel has an excellent location close to the metro. I found the staff at the reception and concierge to be very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress. I appreciated the filtered water tap in the room as an added convenience.
The pool bar was not open , so it was inconvenient to get drinks.

excellent building great location spacious room thoughtful touch
The building impressed me. It felt both grand and cute. its location was undeniably great. I found myself close to everything i wanted to see. the rooms are really spacious. i particularly loved the concept of having ro water available in the room itself, a thoughtful touch.
during check-in, there was a longer queue, but the team worked efficiently to assist all guests.

the hotel is very close to public transport, this made exploring the area convenient. clark quay is within walking distance and sentosa is only a short drive away, this allows for many options.

I found convenience stores nearby. It was easy to pick up essentials. the parking area was staffed with cute individuals, their smiles were always very appreciated. there are many food choices located outside of the hotel.

Our room provided wonderful views of the river. the bathroom included a solid door, offering privacy. good air conditioning maintained a pleasant climate. the room was very clean and modern. It made for a relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast offered many options. There was something for everyone. the fresh fruit was always delicious. i saw many otters catching fish while i was having breakfast on the terrace. It added something special to our experience.

mrt station bus stop late-night snacks slow check-in late checkout fee
I found an MRT station and a bus stop conveniently next to the hotel. This made getting around easy. The 24-hour store and supermarket nearby allowed for convenient late-night snacks.
The check-in process was slow. There was a long queue with only one counter open initially. Requesting a late checkout led to UNPROFESSIONAL insistence on a S$100 charge.

river location refill containers drinking water
The location was awesome, sitting right on the river, perfect for those morning breakfasts! the hotel boasts an environmental friendly design. I loved the refill containers for shampoo and shower gel. convenient drinking water dispensers were also installed in the room.
early check-in wasn't immediately available as cleaning was underway. then, a fee was suddenly required.

The hotel is close to an mrt station. Havelock station, exit 4 is just across the street. the riverbank is easily accessible, i loved enjoying the river view from the café. the waterfront view added a special charm.
