The hotel has an excellent location close to the metro. I found the staff at the reception and concierge to be very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress. I appreciated the filtered water tap in the room as an added convenience.

The pool bar was not open , so it was inconvenient to get drinks.

The building impressed me. It felt both grand and cute. its location was undeniably great. I found myself close to everything i wanted to see. the rooms are really spacious. i particularly loved the concept of having ro water available in the room itself, a thoughtful touch.

during check-in, there was a longer queue, but the team worked efficiently to assist all guests.

the hotel is very close to public transport, this made exploring the area convenient. clark quay is within walking distance and sentosa is only a short drive away, this allows for many options.

I found an MRT station and a bus stop conveniently next to the hotel. This made getting around easy. The 24-hour store and supermarket nearby allowed for convenient late-night snacks.

The check-in process was slow. There was a long queue with only one counter open initially. Requesting a late checkout led to UNPROFESSIONAL insistence on a S$100 charge.
