The room had some issues. The bathroom screen seemed like it had never seen a cleaner. The restaurant staff also seemed a bit rude. Plus, the food was really awful.

The room i had faced the street and the noise was noticeable. floors are very noisy. there seemed to be constant activity. It was difficult to get a restful sleep before my early flight. the noise insulation needs improvement! it was also disappointing that hot water was not available in the room .

I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, it was on time and efficient. the room was clean and had complimentary water, a nice touch. i also took advantage of the pool. It was open until late (22:00), so i could relax after my travels.
The corridors were a bit noisy at times. I could hear other guests moving around.

my room included a comfortable bed and effective soundproofing, (i didn't notice noise from the nearby airport). free water bottles were provided and replenished daily, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room cool.

the hotel is convenient (a big plus!) due to its close proximity to the airport. this made my early morning departure much less stressful. the free airport shuttle is prompt and runs frequently.

this hotel has a convenient free airport shuttle that runs often. the location near the airport made my early morning departure stress-free. i also found a 7-eleven within walking distance which was useful for picking up some snacks.
my room only had one key and i was not able to get a second one. it was hard for our group to split up with only one key available. this made coordinating activities difficult.
