The staff welcomed me so lovely at the airport. mr kim, my limousine driver, was very calm. i was grateful he was very professional. the app let me even order food for delivery to my room, it was convenient. the pool suite was as beautiful as the pictures showed. i surprised at the size of the pool on my balcony. It had nice depth.
a phone problem existed in my room. i was unable to use it because wasn't connected properly.

The staff were friendly. Kimchi, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful.
The check-in process was slow. it took nearly an hour despite a lack of busyness. the bathroom felt somewhat dated. The grout in the tiles definitely needed some refreshing.
