Fantastic Hotel with Really good Service!

breakfast choice spacious suite beach exclusivity
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It would cater to everyone's taste. The rooms are spacious suites with big, private balconies. The steep hill provides some exclusivity to the beach, which feels almost private! I loved the boat ride, it was something different.
The hotel is somewhat secluded. This makes getting around a bit difficult. the restaurant prices seemed quite high compared to the local prices. I believe that the hotel should consider lowering restaurant prices. A better access to the city will be welcome.

The hotel includes multiple pools, a beach area, and a fitness center with modern equipment. Water sports are available . there are options for beach yoga. Buggy service provides transport to rooms, very convenient.

Breakfast includes a wide spread of options to satisfy many tastes. Three restaurants are available, including one that specializes in Thai cuisine, and the food was AMAZING!!! The sea view during the meals is perfect.

The rooms offer outdoor seating and comfortable beds. Each room is spacious with well-kept amenities. I could enjoy views from the room, it was sublime. They were also very clean and private.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Existed

Breakfast was satisfactory though it leaned towards Indian dishes.
Staff training is needed as new, non-Thai staff were noticeable. They seemed less experienced and unfamiliar with English. Differentiation from experienced staff is important.

I appreciated the sea view from my garden room. the rooms feel like little suites and offer considerable space. big balconies offer ample privacy, which i valued. the breakfast spread was generous. It could satisfy most needs, ensuring a good start to the day.

my spacious room included comfortable furnishings and sufficient space, creating a relaxing atmosphere and the wet room was particularly excellent, i found this very useful. the room was very peaceful.

the location provided a sense of seclusion, which contributed to a more peaceful atmosphere! having buggy service available was a definite advantage for navigating the hotel, providing easy access to all amenities. it was a very picturesque place.
