the location suited me fine it was easy to get taxis from there
the room reeked of stale smoke despite being a nonsmoking room i informed the front desk but nothing happened also the tv remote was missing buttons it was annoying to change channels

The staff members were cute. The gentleman who helped unload my luggage checked if I had left anything behind. He politely asked if I needed assistance with my bags. The reception staff made an effort to find a room that suited my request. The cleaner was friendly and promptly responded to my requests.
I noticed a security issue. Another guest accessed my room with a key card. I was in my room at the time. The hotel apologized, citing a mix-up in their system.

The hotel is in a convenient location with an mrt station nearby. East coast park is also a short walk away. This enables easy access to the city and airport, with changi airport approximately 20 minutes away.
