woo hoo! totally rocks!
spacious room modern facilities
The room was super spacious with awesome views. i loved the facilities. They're really cool and modern. breakfast had plenty of options, so many i couldn't try them all. the roti canai tasted especially delicious. I never miss it.
The service was a little slow at times. I waited longer than expected for hot drinks one night. the loud music in the restaurant made it hard to hear. i hope they improve soon.

Location its great for visiting iconic buildings. It is near to major spots. pavilion and alor street are close, this is super convenient. you can also walk to the convention center easily.

lift transfer water leakage
the transfer between lifts was inconvenient (especially when carrying luggage). i had to change lifts to reach my room. the room had some minor maintenance issues. the shower door did not seal properly causing water to leak onto the floor. this created a slip hazard.

Fantastic Stay with Petronas Towers View
spacious room comfortable pillows great view super clean room
The room was spacious and super clean. The sheets and pillows were very comfortable. The view of the Petronas Towers was great, especially at night when the skyline lights up. I was like I was actually in the city right from my room.
The breakfast was excellent initially, but it became repetitive by the third day. The selection included the same items with no new choices.

The location is very central. Pavilion Mall and KLCC are within walking distance. Many dining spots are also accessible.
