Mixed feelings about the stay
convenient location many malls outdated room water leakage
the hotel is near many malls. the location was convenient for shopping.
the room seemed outdated. the bathroom door did not close properly. there was also water leakage, not ideal.

helpful staff delicious food attentive care
I appreciated the helpful staff at the club lounge. Anna, Sanjit, Devi, Imran and Vee took great care of me. Chef Razali created superb buffet breakfasts and evening morsels. The breakfast team was also very kind, including Noorien, Rozie, Ida, Shireen, Badrul, Kamawl, Lam and Amir.

long check-in vanity kit
the location was decent because it was right next to the pavilion.
my check-in took way too long, about an hour and a half. they said they had no extra beds when i booked a triple room and they offered ridiculous options like moving at 11pm. also, housekeeping didn't replace my vanity kit at all , its not acceptable.

excellent hotel experience
perfect location friendly employee comfortable bed
i appreciate the hotel location close to pavilion mall. i found many shops and restaurants nearby. the room included a bathtub and a separate shower, this was luxury. the staff are friendly and professional.
the welcome drink was served without much enthusiasm. a warmer greeting would be more cute. i think a more personal touch improve guest experience.
