broken elevator noisy restaurant
the staff were helpful and accessible when i needed directions.
The elevators were not working sometimes. there was no nearby outlet by my bed. I needed one. also, my room was next to the restaurant and it was noisy.

friendly staff ideal location thin door poor curtains
The location was perfect. It was easily accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. everyone greeted us with a big smile whenever we needed something. It was just amazing!!!
Our room had an interconnecting door to another room, and it was paper thin. we could hear everything from the people next door, made sleeping difficult. also, the block-out curtains did not block out light well. The room stayed bright.

spacious room fantastic amenities different pools super clean housekeeping
the room was very spacious and offered fantastic amenities. i enjoyed the option of three different pools each day, it seemed like a fresh experience. breakfast provided both eastern and western choices, a true delight. daily housekeeping ensured everything was always super clean.
The air conditioning in my room leaked a bit onto the floor. It was just a minor inconvenience.

My room featured distinct areas for sleeping and relaxing. It had two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was a perfect way to start the day. i appreciated the ample space, everything felt well kept.

The hotel is very close to multiple tourist attractions. i enjoyed strolling along the nearby beach at sunset. The beach offered various activities. several restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Customer service from every department impressed me. The staff was attentive. i especially enjoyed the complementary yoga sessions offered each morning. the in-house spa provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring.

excellent location direct access poor buffet inappropriate behavior
The location was excellent I had direct access to the beach. There were multiple shops and restaurants located nearby the hotel and were easy to reach.
The breakfast buffet was not very good I found the food options to be lacking. at the pool behaved inappropriately around young children I thought this was unacceptable.

friendly staff wide variety bathroom hook long walking
The staff were VERY friendly and helpful. They always greeted me and seemed happy to converse. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, I liked it.
The bathroom only had one bathroom hook. I needed more hooks. The room was at the far end of the hotel and walking to and from was kinda far.
