The location is convenient, very close to popular beach clubs. The breakfast included a decent variety and the room service menu offered excellent value. The traditional Balinese look of the hotel is lovely. I especially appreciated the lily ponds and gardens.

The bathroom fan emitted a slight squeak at times.

I loved the koi ponds throughout the gardens. They add a serene element to the hotel. The pool bar was definitely a highlight. I found it great for enjoying refreshing drinks during the day. I REALLY enjoyed my garden suite. It was spacious and well-located near the beach.

The breakfast buffet featured a diverse selection. The pool was very clean. I had a Garden Suite room with an ocean view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating . The location is perfect being on the beach and close to many small restaurants.

The internet speed was slightly slower than expected.

The staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. It was acceptable.

The bathroom had a musty odor that never dissipated ! The air conditioning was inadequate and struggled to cool the room. Maintenance was slow to respond to my complaints and it really impacted my experience.

the location is fantastic, right on the beach. our garden suite was lovely and close to everything. the staff were also very nice, always friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed having easy access to both the beach and many cafes nearby.

The coffee at breakfast could be improved. A cappuccino option would be welcome.

the hotel had a beautiful pool area that faces the beach directly, i loved watching the sunset. it was an easy walk to nearby spots such as potato head beach club, perfect for a spontaneous evening out. the on-site massage was an absolute delight, i felt so relaxed afterwards.

the wi-fi signal was sometimes a little weak in certain areas of the hotel, it was still usable overall.
