Charmed by the Hotel Amenities

The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the pool area was very clean. The hotel policy about removing belongings from unclaimed pool lounges after 45 minutes seemed effective. Breakfast included plenty of fresh fruits and juices! The staff was very polite. They were always helpful and friendly.

The staff demonstrated excellent English skills, which facilitated clear communication. The bar service was wonderful, and the server Sidi deserves special recognition for providing really good service and remembering orders. This attention to detail really elevated the overall experience.

Really good Stay Experience

During my visit, I found the staff attentive from check-in to check-out. The grounds and pool area were impeccably maintained. Staff consistently ensured cleanliness. My room offered direct pool access. Though steps directly into the pool from the room were absent. the verandah loungers felt more like chairs ,and were not quite as comfortable.

The hotel location provides convenient access to nearby restaurants , which was acceptable.
The room I had faced the street , and the noise was quite noticeable , particularly in the early morning. This made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast buffet seemed to lack variety and freshness , especially the fruit selection .

the staff was cute and friendly, which i appreciated.
Check-in took way too long. It was over an hour. the pool bar service was ridiculously slow. I waited 15-20 minutes for a beer. i ended up going elsewhere.
