Although the rooms were old and the bathrooms rusty, my stay at the hotel was saved by the spacious, clean, and nice room on the 3rd floor. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff making me feel comfortable throughout. The location was ideal, close to everything I wanted to visit while in Kuta, and the dining experience, although could do with more options, was nice. Facilities were basic but satisfactory.
