convenient access diverse breakfast helpful staff
The location is advantageous. It offers convenient access to public transportation and local attractions. I found the breakfast selection diverse and tasty. The staff displayed really good politeness and helpfulness throughout my stay.
The hotel room looked somewhat dated. Some areas showed signs of wear.

Prime Location and Great Staff
superb location helpful staff great service
The hotel has a superb location near several attractions and shopping centers. I found all staff to be helpful. I also appreciated the bell staff as they gave directions. The service I received.
The walls are thin and I heard sounds in the corridor. I also heard noise from people around me late at night.

The hotel connects to Bugis MRT, Bras Bersah MRT, and City Hall MRT. Peranakan buffet is excellent at Sun Cafe. I enjoyed the value at 1 for 1 for hotel guests.

My beautiful twin room was very clean. The cleaning service noticed I used all coat hangers. They left more without me requesting it. I liked the kind service I received.

The location is beneficial with good bus and MRT connections. I find a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby. Walking to Bugis Plaza is quick too. A large mall is only two blocks away.

serene escape in the city
convenient location extensive buffet
I found the location convenient. i enjoyed walking to the national museum which was quite close and engaging with the local culture. the hotel breakfast offered a good variety. I especially loved the extensive buffet that ensured i started my day with energy. the staff was also attentive, always ready to assist with any request i had.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noises from the corridor which disrupted my rest.

The swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat after a day exploring the city. it included ample loungers and a relaxing shaded section. A perfect spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun, giving me a moment to reflect.

nearby metro stations made accessing different parts of the city simple and fast. i was just a short walk from several key attractions, including museums and shopping areas which allowed spontaneous explorations. i was very happy with my choice.

the hotel offered a nice variety for the breakfast buffet. i also appreciated the helpful staff. the location was close to bus stops and shops.
the bathroom looked dated, needing refurbishment. the room was also quite small for the price. air conditioning was too cold and not adjustable.

food selection spacious room friendly staff
i stayed here for four nights. the breakfast buffet included a very good selection of foods. my twin room was spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the rooms lack sufficient soundproofing. noises from the hallway were easily heard. the bed quality wasn't optimal as the mattress sat on wheels.
