I was a bit disappointed with the initial room delay and having to carry my luggage, especially in a supposedly 5-star hotel. However, the room itself was well designed and comfortable, despite feeling a bit old and cold at times. The water also took a while to warm up. The hotel might need some renovations soon.

My last night at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room, while large and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, unfortunately smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, leading to a sleepless night. However, the staff was amazing, and a special thanks to Aini and Kripa for the thoughtful gift left for us. The location was good, close to a shopping center with plenty of food options. The dining experience, although not overly abundant, was satisfying in terms of quality. Overall, a nice stay with some ups and downs.

The hotel had a beautiful room with a spacious living room, master room, master room bathroom, and a yard with a private warm jacuzzi. Although it was quiet with no disturbances, there was a strong mold smell that stuck to our clothes, and the attempted fix with white paint was not ideal. However, the mattress was excellent.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the indoor steam room in the shower area was a fantastic touch for relaxation. I couldn't get enough of the stunning view of Marina Bay Sands. The beds were like a dream, making it the perfect place to recharge before my journey back to Australia from Europe.
