The location was very convenient for getting around (very important).
The gym was surprisingly small for a hotel this size. It felt cramped with just a few people inside, and the limited equipment made getting a decent workout difficult. they kicked me out at 9pm one night (the audacity!). the breakfast selection was underwhelming. It reminded me more of a budget b&b than a supposed 5-star hotel.

the in-room lighting system was complicated. it was difficult to navigate, especially at night.

the location is excellent, near mrt stations. shopping centers were also close by. i found the room was clean and had great views. the air conditioning system works well and kept everything cool.
breakfast gets crowded, especially during peak hours. it was hard to find a seat without waiting. the arrangement of food in the bar area felt a bit disorganized.
