My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a private pool and hot tub, a large cozy bed, and a fridge with an ice maker, which was a real treat. The service was top-notch, everyone was warm and friendly, especially Rhea who provided excellent service. The hotel was clean, the food was nice, and I would definitely visit again.

Service varied from super friendly and excellent, big ups to Rhea for her top-notch service, to being super unfriendly except for one lady who I didn't directly interact with. The location had beautiful views along the coast and the beach, but it was in a bad section of the resort. Dining was absolutely fantastic, a real positive experience during my stay.
