Bellboys handled our luggage promptly upon arrival. Our room featured a large security door. The shuttle service to the restaurant and beach was prompt. The staff was friendly.. nothing seemed too difficult for them.
I missed having decaf coffee available during breakfast. There was no decaf coffee.

The hotel restaurant provided a good mixture of Thai and Western cuisine. Each dish was prepared freshly on site. We also enjoyed three beach restaurants a short walk along the beach.

The room was large and clean, qualities very important to us. Bedding and towels were super clean and changed daily. The balcony overlooked one of the swimming pools and provided a lot of privacy.

This hotel is beachfront. The sand on the beach is pure silk, white, soft, and clean. The sea was warm, and the sunbeds were perfect for relaxation during our Thailand trip.

lovely miss auihelpful staff
i found pran spa amazing. miss aui was so lovely and cute! i got bitten by a jellyfish while swimming at sunset though. miss aui called for help, and vinegar was sprayed on my leg. breakfast was included and it started at 6:30 till 10:00.
