The front office team was efficient during check-in. they coordinated all in-room amenities perfectly. the team organized a valentine's surprise for my wife prior to arrival. It included roses, chocolates, snacks, and champagne. chef luca prepared food at red sky on the 55th floor, and the staff checked what she could eat because my wife is pregnant.

The water in the pool was very cold. Even in the afternoon, it was not warmer.
