i booked a beautiful king room pool access. it was fantastic to have the long shallow pool i liked the concept very much. amazing staff assisted me from the concierge to the front desk. the room custodians and bubbles restaurant staff also provided attentive service.
towels and robes provided had stains. the bathroom was not a great experience as the shower splashed water all over the floor it made showering difficult.

the pools were super clean and inviting providing a refreshing escape from the heat. a nice pool bar offered various drinks and snacks providing convenient refreshments poolside. the gym had modern equipment for a good workout.

I got a beautiful king room with pool access. That private plunge pool was so amazing I nearly forgot about the main pool. The provided pool towels were very convenient, and the room had a stocked mini-bar.
The gym could benefit from having more free weights. It did have a good selection of cardio equipment, though.

The hotel boasts a large outdoor pool that includes a swim-up bar. there is a dedicated kids' pool. Both were sparkling. A free shuttle goes to the main shopping areas every hour, which I used a lot.

My beautiful king room was spacious and super clean. It had blackout curtains which were appreciated for sleep. The bed was a king and there were lots of pillows.

The breakfast included a large assortment of food. The location provided easy access to shopping and entertainment. The room was comfortable and clean.
My room was advertised as having a balcony, but this was not the case. The area called a balcony barely fit one person. It was falsely advertised and not worth the money I paid. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known there was no balcony.

the pool area felt smaller than i thought. its size disappointed me. also, i had issues with the cleanliness in my room. there were hairs present. this is something i expected to be better.
