excellent stay with pool access
shallow pool helpful staff attentive service
i booked a beautiful king room pool access. it was fantastic to have the long shallow pool i liked the concept very much. amazing staff assisted me from the concierge to the front desk. the room custodians and bubbles restaurant staff also provided attentive service.
towels and robes provided had stains. the bathroom was not a great experience as the shower splashed water all over the floor it made showering difficult.

the pools were super clean and inviting providing a refreshing escape from the heat. a nice pool bar offered various drinks and snacks providing convenient refreshments poolside. the gym had modern equipment for a good workout.

The breakfast included a large assortment of food. The location provided easy access to shopping and entertainment. The room was comfortable and clean.
My room was advertised as having a balcony, but this was not the case. The area called a balcony barely fit one person. It was falsely advertised and not worth the money I paid. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known there was no balcony.

The breakfast buffet had many options and fresh items. I found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable. All staff were professional and helpful. The pool and poolside bar were amazing. I enjoyed relaxing afternoons with cocktails during happy hour.

small pool area present hairs
the pool area felt smaller than i thought. its size disappointed me. also, i had issues with the cleanliness in my room. there were hairs present. this is something i expected to be better.
