i stayed in a beautiful room king. the beds were comfortable and i slept really well! the hotel gardens were very large and i enjoyed walking around them.

The pool's music was a little too loud. It made it hard to relax completely.

The dining options were amazing, especially the breakfast with a wide selection. I always looked forward to seeing ida. She was very nice and looked after us. Pools keep you entertained with a lazy river, slides, and a swim-up bar. The architecture had amazing designs.

I noticed some delays in problem resolution. The staff seemed a bit slow, though very friendly.

i didn't like the lack of soundproofing. guests were having parties often until late. the lobby didn't feel like a 5-star hotel (it felt off).
