the room felt outdated, with worn furnishings. the usb ports didn't work (which was frustrating), and some lamps were crooked. the pool area also needs work as some tiles were chipped, and the loungers were sagging. service at the reception was not great either. i had expected better maintenance overall.

The provided breakfast offered diverse options, especially the Indian food. Mr Arun, the Indian chef, created a homely atmosphere. My random room was a Premium Beautiful King. It suited my needs perfectly.

The hotel connected directly to a mall. This made shopping easy. The BTS station near it offered convenient access. Pool was nice and a good spot to relax. Gym has many facilities and restaurant selections were satisfactory.
Soundproofing not great. Could hear noise from next rooms. Bed felt a little uncomfortable during sleep.
