helpful staff good-size rooms hard bed street noise
the staff was always helpful. i found the restaurant offered good size rooms.
the bed was too hard for me. i woke up with back pain every morning (it was really uncomfortable). the noise from a pub across the road was also loud until late at night. the street was quite busy, so i kept the curtains closed.

the location was superb it was really close to the nana bts station! the room was quite big and it had all the necessary amenities. the staff was very friendly and helpful too.
The bathroom seemed a bit dated it could use some refurbishment. And the shower didn't have hot water. the noise from the bars outside was noticeable. It went on until late at night! the bed was quite hard. It wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on.

helpful receptionist convenient switches big safe
the receptionist was helpful and the staff friendly. the room included two night stands with light switches. a big safe fit my laptop. i found a bathtub and a shower, convenient for different preferences.
the hotel's restaurant charged vat without prior notice. i wish they had informed me beforehand.

friendly staff pleasant experience
The restaurant Kinnaree provided 24-hour room service. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. They were really good too.!! Their friendliness. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant indoor-outdoor dining experience.
The room was slightly dated.

convenient travel friendly staff helpful staff old furnishing night noise hard bed
The hotel is close to the BTS station, so travel was convenient. I found a 7-Eleven nearby. Breakfast was easy to manage. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room had old furnishings. I noted some noise at night. The sound came from nearby bars. The bed felt hard to me. I did not find it comfortable.
