The location was perfect. A short buggy ride took me to a mall with a large grocery store. the room provided complimentary soft drinks. the pool area was spacious. many loungers made up with towels were available. There was nothing to do except relax.
the air conditioning blew cold air directly at the bed. there was no way to escape it. even at the lowest fan setting, the cold draft was strong. i got a cold after three nights.

The room was spacious and comfortable, i loved it! the food and drinks were really excellent. a sweet lady serving breakfast had a warm smile. It made the morning so special.
the electricity in our room suddenly went off while i was showering. we waited but no one came to offer help or a torch. it was a bit scary being in the dark like that.

the location is close to siam paragon! there is a buggy service taking guests to siam paragon daily. it runs between 10am and 10pm, so it is really convenient.

The club facilities were really good. the location is excellent. I could easily walk to shopping areas. the staff were very friendly, too. the room was very clean. The club room was great.
The hotel environment does not clearly display the restaurants. They are hidden on different floors.

The hotel location provided convenient access. It worked out fine.
I had booked a room online early, but I still had to wait until 2 PM to check in. I observed another couple receive their room card smoothly much earlier. The front desk manager, Peach, told me the reason for this was that other guests paid extra for an earlier check-in.
