dated decor poor attitude
The hotel decor felt quite dated. The service was also not great. Staff attitude and behavior seemed poor. Not what I expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the front desk staff offered quick assistance with check-in. mr mark from the reception was lovely. the location provides multiple restaurant options. the nearest railway station is only a short walk.
the rooms felt slightly outdated, it's true, particularly the bathroom fittings.

the atrium sitout was comfy. i found the overall hotel ambience quite pleasing. the layout also contributed to a relaxing environment. everything was clean, which i appreciate.

the team delivered excellent service. the general manager created a warm atmosphere. the hotel location offers easy access to everywhere.
the sink was clogged upon arrival. i asked for help but got no response. i had to rush to rest due to the long wait.

Really good Hotel Experience
excellent amenities prompt service effective air conditioning
The Executive Room offered excellent amenities. The room cleaning service was punctual and thorough. Staff promptly addressed all my requests and were always professional. The air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
The hotel's location required longer taxi rides to reach popular attractions. Planning transportation ahead of time is essential.
