the check-in process was excessively delayed. i waited over one hour beyond the stated check-in time. housekeeping failed to properly check the room, as there were no towels present in the bathroom.

out-of-order machines musty smell
the kids really liked the water park and pools.
The gym was quite a letdown. Several machines were out of order and there was a musty smell. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. It felt neglected.
