i really like the beautiful buildings and the hotel. the staff are very attentive and always on hand, it was a pleasure.

an acceptable Hotel stay
room service attentive manager unclear water poor ventilation
The room service i had was Superb. the manager ensured a great stay. This was very attentive. the staff also went out of their way for all visitors. i highly recommend it, it was special.
The tap water COLOR was white instead of clear. It surprised me. ventilation was not good. There werent any openable windows in bathrooms, it was strange. drainage was not very efficient, . It bothered me a little.

positive attitude poolside service excellent bar insensitive handling loud announcement uncomfortable payment
i found the staff displayed a positive attitude. the elephant bar seemed excellent for drinks and food. i enjoyed the food and beverage service at the poolside.
i noticed the handling of my card during check-in was uncomfortable. i felt the situation was handled insensitively.

i totally loved this hotel's location near the center. it was also fabulous being right on the beachfront. the breakfast was excellent i could not ask for more and i totally enjoyed the room service. it was great

a wonderful stay
caring service happy team excellent food superb value
my wife and i have visited for sixteen years, averaging eighty-five nights annually. the thai staff provides faultless and caring service. the german general manager leads a happy team and interacts with guests daily. the restaurants offer excellent thai and european food at superb value.

The hotel features three swimming pools, including one exceeding two meters in depth. additional outdoor activities. The grounds are beautiful. a complimentary drink at the bar was a nice perk, and the historic setting adds to the charm.

our beautiful king room included a comfortable bed. housekeeping kept the room very clean. the room provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, though the tap water sometimes was white instead of clear, a slight concern.

the location is central and beachside. the hotel provides easy access to the sea. the proximity to amenities and other attractions added to the convenience, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
