The hotel staff was very friendly. The pools were nice and clean. The rooms had good appointments and were well kept. The room was spacious with a very large bed. It included all needed amenities. I loved the swim-out feature from the executive room that led directly into the lagoon pool.
The breakfast options are not very diverse if you prefer European cuisine.

the breakfast team surprised me with a birthday cake it made my morning special. the room had a soft bed and fluffy pillows i slept so soundly. the hotel gave excellent support with our luggage and golf clubs it made our mornings easy.
the main pool lacked handrails on the steps they also seemed unevenly spaced it made entering difficult
