i found the location convenient to somerset mrt station it was less than a 10 minute walk i booked a studio apartment the size suited me well the room had a full size fridge and washer dryer.
i did not like that housekeeping did not come on the weekend i requested a blanket i got it the next day the front entrance steps were unclear i tripped once i told the counter staff and they said they had heard the same from other people.

The location was really convenient. Somerset station and orchard road were within easy reach. i particularly appreciated the included breakfast. the housekeeping team responded quickly to some minor maintenance issues. They also provided complimentary water bottles as needed, which i found really helpful.
the gym changing room showers had see-through doors. there was lock, but no body wash or shampoo provided. i would prefer a more private and complete setup for post-workout refreshment.

The pool area could use better maintenance. I noticed some wear on the deck chairs.

The bathroom layout was poorly designed with the shower over the bath, resulting in water spillage and inadequate ventilation. the water controls were confusing. There were buttons for water source but no adjustment for water pressure was great. light switches were scattered and controlling the lights was a nightly guessing game
