The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, luxurious rooms featuring two queen beds, a nice design, and a huge TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, although I couldn't get a room upgrade. Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms had a nice design, were very comfortable, clean, and luxurious, with a balcony, and spacious enough with all the expected commodities. The service was friendly, and the staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is optimal in Boca del Rio, with wonderful restaurants nearby, close to the beach, and convenient for those wanting to attend a meeting. The dining experience was very enjoyable, although somewhat expensive. The facilities were great, offering all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay.
