The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to town. This service ran hourly! I also found the breakfast buffet very diverse. It had many options to suit different tastes. The restaurant offered the best pizza I've tasted in Vietnam.
I found that the AC was centrally controlled, so I was unable to adjust the temperature to my preference.

i loved the breakfast buffet, it had so many options and it was yummy. the shuttle service runs to town every hour, i thought it was pretty convenient. they helped me to book it in advance and i never had to worry about taxis or anything.
the pool area was super cold. the dressing rooms felt freezing too. the hotel charges extra for the sauna i was sad. i think it costs 10 usd per hour i think.

the breakfast buffet included a great variety of choices and good quality items it met expectations.
i wasn't told i needed to pay extra to use the jacuzzi this wasn't explained until i got to the pool also the pool grout was very dirty. this was frustrating and disappointing.

The staff offered helpful suggestions about area trips. The hotel provides a shuttle service to town at scheduled times, a convenient service. I found the breakfast buffet excellent (especially the pho!). I appreciated the variety of options available each morning.

the hotel location offers amazing views from the balcony. the sumptuous breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. the staff is attentive and very helpful, particularly with arranging a guided tour and tickets to fansipan. i greatly appreciated their assistance.

the gardens were well maintained i noticed beautiful roses and other flowers blooming everywhere. the bed and pillows were comfortable it provided a relaxing rest after a day of exploring.
the shuttle bus schedule was infrequent it only ran once an hour. i ended up using ride-sharing services often. also i was charged extra to use the jacuzzi that was unexpected since it wasn't explained when i booked.
