Acceptable stay with noticeable issues
musty smell dust accumulation
The hotel breakfast was adequate with decent variety
I encountered some issues The air conditioning malfunctioned and I was unable to adjust the temperature the room had a distinct musty smell also. I was disappointed to find dust accumulation in several areas particularly on the shelves near the closet.

Really good Stay near Hyde Park
quick access relaxing walks comfortable chair great views
The hotel location provided quick access to shops and public transport! I appreciated the proximity to the park. It. The room featured a comfortable reading chair near the window, a real treat. The gym offered great views, overlooking both the park and the harbor.
I noticed that housekeeping skipped replenishing the toiletries one day.

The modern fitness center includes updated equipment. It provides an upscale experience. I saw the rooftop pool offering views! I noticed 20+ lounge chairs were available and the area included a shaded section for relaxation, a welcome feature.

The location allows easy access to multiple tourist attractions. It is a short walk to the Opera house, which makes getting around easy. The bus service provides scenic rides to famous locations. It adds extra value.

The hotel staff were attentive, AMAZING! I found them to be very professional, which enhanced my stay. The concierge desk is superbly placed. It offers scenic views of the area.

great staff hotel facilities
i liked the sauna. i enjoyed the gym. my daughter enjoyed the pool. the staff were helpful when we went to the bar for a drink at night. the hotel facilities are amazing.
There was no usb port in the room. This made charging my phone quite inconvenient. the shower head leaked water throughout the night! the dripping made sleep difficult.

st james railway station is located opposite the hotel. this is a few short stops from the airport. the location is convenient for accessing various attractions and transport options, like the train station, ensuring ease of travel.

Staff members were stationed to provide assistance in the lobby. Luggage assistance was proactively offered prior to entering the hotel. the staff provided professional service, showing attentiveness that created a cute atmosphere. i felt the check-in process was very seamless.
