the room was clean and the location was central.
The check-in process was slow. I waited almost 40 minutes. then, i discovered the mini-fridge in my room wasn't working at all. It didn't keep my drinks cold.

the room upgrade upon our honeymoon arrival was a lovely gesture. it included a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and added to the romantic ambiance. the location proved very convenient. the service we experienced at the restaurant was perfect and attentive.
the pool felt a little smaller than i had expected, but this was only a minor detail.

equipped gym spacious bedroom central location malfunctioning tv inconsistent ac slow luggage delivery
the gym had equipment i needed. the bedroom was spacious. the location was central (i walked everywhere).
the tv turned itself back on after i switched it off. the air conditioning turned itself off overnight. i waited over 30 minutes for my luggage.
