I adored how the staff took my bags right up to my room. the rooms felt so modern. and clean. plus, i totally scored an upgrade and got a room with an amazing city view. I requested it. adjoining rooms were sorted too, as we were traveling as a family.

the hotel features a gym and a pool on level four! this was very convenient for quick access. the changing room includes a sauna which i discovered later. stripped poolside towels are available which saved me from using my personal towels.

the location is very convenient for exploring the central business district it's an easy walk. we were really close to queen street. the proximity allowed us to easily see the fireworks near the sky tower i enjoyed the easy access to local attractions.

i observed that the hotel was somewhat dated. the decor seemed as though it had not been updated in quite some time. i found the absence of a designated lounge area for work or printing to be inconvenient.
