The room service cutoff at 8:45 pm felt ridiculously early. I was hoping for a late snack. also, the breakfast, even though it came complimentary with my status, left much to be desired. i saw pre-cooked, reheated eggs being offered, i found that unacceptable. the single concierge seemed overwhelmed, juggling luggage, parking, and guest inquiries all at once.

i found the location quite convenient for accessing shopping and dining areas. the staff was consistently helpful and courteous. they addressed my inquiries promptly. the restaurant downstairs provided excellent food with attentive service.

the hairdryer in my room required constant handle pressure, slightly inconvenient.

The air conditioner blew cold air straight down, as it was positioned right above the bed. I had to turn it off at night. Then, the room was uncomfortably warm. It was a lose-lose situation
