The hotel is situated on Torook Street next to South Yarra train station, among excellent restaurants, making it a convenient location close to the city center and the train station. I found the kitchen area easily accessible and enjoyed the proximity to various dining options. However, due to what seemed like a short-staffed situation, our simple requests were not promptly fulfilled. The service, although overwhelmed, managed to provide excellent service overall, yet I believe more staff would enhance the experience. The hotel offers included homemade dishes, which added a lovely touch to the dining experience. The rooms are located on level 20, offering amazing views, equipped with an overhead fan in the bedroom and a balcony, which added a charming feature to the stay. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, with a well-maintained pool area for enjoyment. The price could be considered a good value for money deal considering the amenities provided.
