The location was Very nice. I easily walked to nearby restaurants and attractions. The facilities were very clean. The staff was attentive. They offered a friendly welcome with an amazing room upgrade.
The check-in process was a little slow. I had to wait a bit longer than expected.

The hotel is opposite the harbor with restaurants and cafes. Salamanca Place is a short walk away. There are more restaurants and pubs. Constitution Dock and the marina are across the road.

I secured a bay room. The view was amazing. everything was clean. It smelled great (i especially liked the lobby scent). all the staff were very helpful. The parking was great, just a short walk to shops. the kids loved the pool. I think they spent most of their time there.
The absence of included breakfast was a letdown. A full breakfast costs extra. i had to find a cafe nearby.

The king room included a comfortable bed and a pillow menu (nice touch!). the bathroom was very clean. it contained complimentary soaps and lotions. i noticed two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. These were very convenient.

the location was perfect (easy walks to everything). i loved being so close to the docks and shops. after exploring, i swam in the heated indoor pool. the staff were helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
the mini bar was stocked, but i had to pay $25 for parking. i felt it should be included.

Wonderful Accommodation Near the Waterfront

I found this location excellent to explore the city. It is directly opposite the waterfront harbour. A ten-minute walk takes you to the Salamanca Markets. Parking was easy, and the staff was helpful. The hotel features a lovely foyer bar area and a restaurant downstairs (which i visited a few times).
The check-in process took an excessive amount of time upon my arrival.

My room included a spacious layout with a king-size bed. It provided ample space to relax and unwind after a long day. The room offered harbor views (which i enjoyed). The provided amenities were well-kept and fully functional.

long processfailed call
The check-in process took too long. Staff indicated they would call when the room was ready but failed to do so. I returned to the counter after an hour and the room was suddenly available. I suspect it had been ready for some time, the staff didn't bother to call. Disappointing.

The location was quite convenient.
The superior mountain view room I booked had NO mountain view, annoying. I got slapped with extra charges. A coffee cost extra OVER the very expensive breakfast charge. a credit card surcharge. These small charges generated ill feeling.
