helpful staff perfect location clean room
I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Michelle at the front desk was really good! The hotel location was perfect. It was easy to walk or catch a tram to various places. The room was clean and large, a real plus.
The parking situation was not ideal. The parking, said to be in the building, was actually not. I had to park further away.

The hotel provided convenient amenities, however the breakfast service offered a good variety of options. I observed the presence of modern gym equipment and a business center . Its central location ensured easy access to local attractions.

My room featured a VERY spacious layout and comfortable furnishings. It also included practical amenities such as a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. High-speed internet access was available, so I could stay connected.

The reception staff provided efficient and courteous service. They addressed my inquiries promptly and professionally. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The concierge service assisted me with directions.

unreliable wifi closed pool
The wifi service proved unreliable. each webpage required considerable time to load as mapping directions difficult. this was disappointing, as i specifically chose the hotel for this amenity.
