Excellent stay!

pleasant staffbuffet breakfastcomfortable bed
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, a real credit. I enjoyed the great buffet breakfast, especially the variety of options. The bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. Its great location made it easy to explore.
I noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom, such as minor discoloration of the grout.
Location
9/10
The hotel is situated near many pubs and restaurants, so I walked there easily. Parking is directly next to the building, a benefit. Access to the outdoor parking requires navigating one driveway.
Service
10/10
(I appreciated this.) Check-in and check-out were quick. Staff members were friendly and provided helpful service throughout my stay. Staff answered all my questions.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. They operate from morning until evening. The reception operates 24 hours. This feature is convenient for late arrivals or early check-outs. Happy hour is available at the bar.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured a large, comfortable bed. sitting chairs and a desk. The bathroom included a rainfall showerhead. The room provided a good design. There was a wardrobe area adjoining the bathroom, so it held a luggage rack.

the staff were very friendly and efficient the rooms were nice too i found the bed very comfortable it was great. i also appreciated the spacious clean room the restaurant was really great for both dinner and breakfast. i found the staff very helpful and nice it.
i found the executive twin room quite small the overall decor felt outdated it was not what i expected. there were no seasonal fruits upon arrival only bottled water this was a little disappointing. the view from the small window wasn't picturesque as described it overlooked the side of another building.

central locationhandy parkingonsite restaurantinternational debit cardfailed transactionwater consumption
the hotel is central it allows for easy access to nearby cafes and attractions. car parking costs ten dollars daily it is very useful during busy periods. the onsite restaurant is convenient for getting snacks or meals at any time.
upon check-in the staff did not know how to process an international debit card. i intervened and told her how it works as we both had international cards. this caused two failed transactions. upon check out the staff claimed we consumed a bottle of water however we did not.
